Australia Post - Cooroy LPO

After a really long tiring day as a nurse caring for others and putting them first. I arrived at the post office to be greeted with a total lack of empathy from one very unfriendly middle aged woman. So sad. Lack of human kindness and respect.

1 very rude lady in particular that works here. I have attended this post office about 5 times over the last 2 years and each time I encounter this miserable woman. Never seen anything like it. No customer service what's so ever, she should not be dealing with people.

I ordered a coin pack for my kids, They rang to say it was ready to pick up, I told them that me and my kids are unwell and would not be able to collect untill well would that be a problem, the young girl replied with no we will keep till your able to collect, I went to collect today and was told that due to me not collecting when they rang they sold it. Very unfair.

We would like to give more stars because most of the staff are lovely. Unfortunately, the whole experience is spoiled by one middle aged woman. She is consisterly rude. We have been mocked, sneered at and.had things literally thrown across the counter at us. We can ignore such behaviour, but this morning we witnessed her rudeness to a lovely elderly lady who simply mentioned it was hard to access the post office in wet weather. The sarcasm we witnessed was horrible. Such a shame. It gives the post office and our whole town a bad name.

Seems as though Ive encountered the same rude middle aged woman working at Australia Post in cooroy. I must live in a bubble and had forgotten such rudeness exists. Completely unwilling to connect on a human level, or provide any customer service.. seemed more happy to robotically decline my request, with an attitude it was idiotic to request or even try.I suggested she could speak kindly to customers when unable to fulfill the request - and provide the information without being rude.. she pointed out the obvious which was “im just black and white, im not a flowery person”….Ok…. I genuinely hope for you and australia post that you find a job the brings you more happiness and less disdain for the people you are employed to provide service to.

so sick of the postie being lazy and not leaving parcels when people are home!! its not hard to ask for a signature! Cooroy post - get it together!

We are new to the area and our local post man for Black Mountain is so kind, helpful and has gone out of his way to help us get our parcels ore easily!

Very rude staff, the owner obviously needs to find a new career as she was incredibly rude and disinterested in helping. Passport and tax file number applications I have needed done in the past are a problem for her.Not entering this premises again!

Every single time I visit this post office the same middle aged lady with long brown hair and a sour look on her face is so rude. Customer service is not your strong point.

Pretty terrible service. 2x heavy middle aged female staff seemed more preoccupied with eating jellybeans and chinwagging than serving customers. Been here multiple times, yet to see a smile from either. Male gentleman is quite nice and helpful however. Only continue to come here because the next nearest post office is 20 minutes away. Didn't appreciate my receipt being thrown at me after I was quite polite.
