I chose to not use this business because they wanted to charge me $77 to dry clean 5 basic pants. I generally pay $36 for 5 garments and despite this business charging hotel rates I would still need to wait 3 days to get my order returned. The trousers I wanted cleaned were all basic and the fee was after a 20 per cent discount so I agree with the proprietor who responded, the quote was rather excessive.

I got my work jacket and also a pair of jeans altered. The service was wonderful, highly recommended. All of it was neat and comfortable and also done very quickly. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

The service is terrible. I left some cloth for dry cleaning, they offered to be ready on a Tuesday, I returned on a Wednesday and on a Friday and it was still not ready. I complained about it and the person in the front desk was very rude, she said “you can come later or tomorrow” and when I told her that was not ok she threw a card at me and said “you can complain there”. It was my first and last time coming here!!

Come here when I get stains on my clothes, they always get them out. Debbie provides exemplary customer service. Will continue to use. Worth the longer drive from Greenslopes.

DO NOT USE THESE DRY CLEANERS!They are extremely unprofessional and terrible service. We dropped in a wedding skirt on the 28th of April and were told it would be ready on the 20th of May. After contacting them 4 weeks later from that date, they didn't know anything about the whereabouts of the skirt and said they would contact the factory and get back to us. Another 2 weeks passed and no one from their team contacted us. We proceeded to contact them at 2 week intervals until a week ago they told us they had located the skirt, been inundated with work and blamed the soiling on the skirt for the 4 MONTHS delay! I went to pick up the skirt today and it is still soiled and the business will not refund me my money. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business and they will not provide me managers contact details to get a solution for this matter.

Terrible customer service.Please do not take your beloved garments here if you wish to get them back. I dropped off my husband's expensive excellent condition suit jacket here to be dry cleaned after his grandmother's funeral. Upon dropping it off I was told it would be ready to collect in a few days and they would call me when it's ready. After one week of not hearing from them I went in and the lady I think her name is Debbie said the jacket was not there. She said it had been returned by the cleaners and should be but it wasnt. There was no urgency or apology at that point. She said she would look into it and would get back to me. Another several days past and I didn't hear anything. She finally contacted me after I sent an unhappy email to the manager. She was very rude on the phone. Said she had called the names of the people starting with S over the past 3 days and had no luck. After 6 weeks I still had not received any compensation. I should have read the reviews first before going here as they all say the same thing. They offered me a very small percentage of what the garment is actually worth. They use fair claims guide 1961 as reason not to pay anymore. Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for dry cleaning or alterations if your item actually means something to you or is expensive
