Dealt with a lady (I think her name was Sue) who was so pleasant and nice I was shocked. It was early on a Sunday morning, she was the only person working, she was busy with customers and still took the time to talk to me with a pleasant attitude.

The coffee I bought should cool down enought by morning. Not sure why coffee machines have a setting for water temp this high. Friendly staff tho.

Good service yet high price od fuel. Coffee was the only reason to stop!

Went in to grab a quick meal because I finished late at work. The lady working there obviously was fed up with the day and I get that sometimes people just have long hard days. But she was rude to the two customers that came in while I was there. Then she was slamming down literally everything she touched, she slammed something metal down that made me jump, then slamming down boxes and other stuff. Then saying “you know you can use self serve right ?” . Just horrible. When I got home I told my sister about this experience and she said she had a similar experience when her son and daughter went in to grab some noodles one night and she told them to “hurry up because she’s closing”. Absolutely disgusting.

Service with a scowl…This is one of the most expensive petrol stations in the mountains, and one you only visit if desperate.One such moment occurred this week and an unfortunate incident of having my bank account hacked was thrown in for good measure.It was not a good day…This could have been made better if the officious brunette woman had an iota of humanity or compassion and had believed me…Instead I left feeling ashamed embarrassed and thoroughly humiliated, due to a situation that was completely out of my control.Not that a multinational corporation will care, clearly it’s only and all about taking your money. But just in case you value good service, heed my warning and keep going if you can.

Only go there for petrol. It can be cheaper but mostly it's the same price as all the others.

Very friendly operators and the shop is very clean and they have the best coffee . Highly recommended , I'll be back .

Perfectly good petrol station and friendly staff. I really can't understand how carcinogenic fuel can be allowed near open vegetable displays. Someone will get cancer.

First thing you need to do is download the Fuel Check NSW app. Then you would be able to compare prices of different fuel types. What i found surprising was other Ampol fuel stations were selling RON 95 18-20 cents per litre higher than this Ampol. You can have 4 cents/litre further discount if you have woolies rewards card and if you have fuel vouchers. If you live anywhere close to this fuel station, i would highly recommend to give it a try to save money.
