Having been renovating for a year, this is the first business I didn't want to wait to review. I had an outstanding experience with Windsor! We needed quality handles very quickly, and so I'd called to check that they don't use AusPost for delivery. This was confirmed, as well as stock for the handles I wanted, so I placed my order separately online.A few days later, the manager/owner called me directly, as the supplier for the ones I'd ordered had said they had availability when they hadn't. He'd remembered my call, linked it to the order, and proactively called me to tell me this. He also then specifically suggested alternative quality handles that were very similar or a refund if I wanted one. I like the alternatives, so chose them, and they were immediately processed and sent.This really is what customer service should look like, and could have been terribly stressful if they hadn't worked out who I was and called me directly. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for handles - they won't be cheap Bunnings ones, but they will last you (just check online reviews), and I'm really pleased we went with them.

The shop is amazing, with it's old world charm. I could spend hours looking around and done so.It's full of goodies that you don't find at Bunnings which I like.I have bought from Dave over the last 12mths for my house, CB taps for the bathroom, Toliets cistems, Tradeco Lever door sets.Recently, Dave arrange for CB Taps to do a one off shower set, (Very happy how it turned out.)Found Dave, very honest and if he couldn't give me answer there and then, he would find out from the supplier and follow up with an answer in a few days.Great work Dave.

Far out David at Windsor Restorations is Amazing, he is helpful and sourcing products is no problem.
