5 star from sales consultation to final install ! I cannot recommend them enough for carpets - best post build handover experience we had ! Everything went like a breeze and no dramas at all ! I wish I had done hard floors done through them as well...

Gave me the incorrect name for colour of carpet I ordered, thus ended up with black carpet. Refused to admit they made a mistake and didn't even own up to the department of fair trading when quizzed! Awful customer service.

I ordered carpet from this store, John was helpful and I was very happy with the product, price and installation. The roller blinds however, nightmare. The contractor used by Carpet Court for my installation was incompetent and took 7 weeks to install 6 roller blinds. Carpet Court were responsive to my concerns, however I would ask for some assurances in regards to time frames so you can avoid delays and additional expenses like I had to after being left without blinds in my bedrooms for 2 weeks because they didn't order the right size blinds despite doing an in house measure.

Great range, prices and most of all service. We recently completed renovations in two stages and used the team for both based on first experience. Huge range and really good service team. They fitted around our renovations and some covid delays without an issue. Laying job was fast, efficient and really good quality. Highly recommend. Thankyou.
