I have had several therapists in the last 6 months from Inspire organised via a RITH program with my health insurer, all of whom were great. Guyver (current) is excellent, patient and prompt, and also takes the time to explain the reasoning behind the exercises I need to do.

Cindy Li has been helping me for a few years now and she has always been very kind and supportive. Her expertise in exercise physiology has allowed my balance and lower body strength to increase significantly, and I am now much more confident in my aerobic abilities. She is also great to talk to about things that worry me, and issues with the world in general. My sessions with her feel more like spending time with a friend than my relationship with her as a client. Thank you, Cindy!
