Awesome company to deal with especially when they put on promo deals. The staff are more than happy to help & assist where they can. A special shout-out to Will from Dulwich Hill & Nathan from the Alexandria [NSW] stores.

Had a disappointing experience having walked into the shop. Being greated by mic. It sounded like he was calling out to a dog. With out saying a word he was speaking to me like I was a piece of chewing gum underneath his feet. I’ve come here for all my tools and have spent 1000’s here. All other staff have been so helpful. Unfortunately after that interaction I’ll be spending my money elsewhere

Have ordered Items on Black Friday (November 2022 , nearly 5 months ago) and haven't received all my items yet. Every week theres another story. If I could review the company rather than the store I dealt with I would. This is a systematic problem , not one with the Alexandria store itself. They sell you whatever you want online and say it's in stock. Then they blame everyone and everything except themselvesI was told i would hear from management instead I have to call regularly only for nobody to know what is going on . I'm on hold them as we speak for so long that the automatic music ran out and I was hung up on.IF YOU NEED SOMETHING WITHIN A 5 MONTH TIME FRAME DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE . I HAVE HAD A NEW CAR ORDERED AND DELIVERED IN THE TIME IM WAITING FOR SOME SMALL ITEMS FROM A TOOL SHOP?!

Good points - fresh paint - parking relatively clean inside - electric doors so no need to touch handlesBad points - did not get service - had four cash register clones but not one to help nor approach you - I walked around looking for 15 mins - one guy said yeah it’s over there ? Like I am disturbing him ? Sorry guys - even the software inventory is poor - simply says low stock? Then you go on a hunt for what you want - poor experience - I wasted over an hour - and still didn’t buy - that’s why online works and why all of you will be wondering why you have lost your jobs when Bunnings starts selling tools with a new chain - sad to see the ignorance when I go to support good local small business - Its about service - but to drive there and drive back and not get what i want nor service- a joke- nature will take its course- next time Bunnings (who I am not a fan of) or online.

Thought I’d support local instead of Amazon and ordered about $250 worth of tools a month ago and have it delivered. Huge mistake, it still hasn’t been delivered, and every time I call they lie and say they’ll call back. They don’t. Don’t waste your time, sanity or money here.

Poor customer service. No customers in store, I spent 29 min in store, not approached or offered any help. They were quite happy to sit behind counter and not assist.

Never use them again, the communication and tracking information was no existent. Even with numerous email and phone call follow ups from me. Still not delivered 3 weeks later.

Generally ok, until you have a faulty product. After that they just don't know what to do and they never follow up. Had a faulty hot torch which was supposed to be a warranty job, nobody has followed up with me about it. Have rang several times to try and get a replacement, each time was told something different, eventually I gave up, bought a new one and requested a refund and they still haven't sorted it out. Am back on the phone yet again for the 5th time in 2 months trying to get a solution. Pray nothing goes wrong.

Christopher did an excellent job in helping me establish a set of necessary tools for my newly started electrical company. He has great knowledge of the range of inventory at Sydney Tools. He is also very handsome. Highly recommend
