John has THE WORST customer service I have EVER encountered.He left us for months with no fridge no freezer and 2 kids. He made no contact with me during this time and when he did eventually call me he was abusive rude and angry. TWICEWe gave up and got another fridge and freezer and made sure to stay away from a brand that he services.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !
