Had a fantastic experience at your store. Tom is amazing! He was very helpful and not at all pushy. He helped me select all my old time favourites. He knows his stuff and as have worked in Retail for 30 years, know he's an assert to your store. Well done Tom.

Went in there around mid-day today. Not a good experience. I love the Body Shop and i've been to a few stores, and i've always been astounded by the quality customer service. Not this store.There was 1 staff member at the counter, phone in hands. She did not acknowledge me, the only customer in the store, until a couple of minutes after I arrived. She said hi"

Staff are always friendly and helpful. They ask polite and suitable questions, and don't forcefully upsell like other retailers. Store is also cleverly presented, similar products are on the same visual planes in separate bays - so you can see if hand creams come in other scents etc, just by looking along the displays.
