Went in for a appoinment;Only one lady covering the reception desk and doing testing it took longer as lady doing test was interrupted with phone calls at the reception desk.So I was there for hours.I have now purchased the hearing aid,and went into have them adjusted as there picking up all the noise around me like a piece a paper moving sounds very distorted and echoes. And I also needed to have the moulds be resize to fit the ear So there sitting correctly;So I went for follow up appointment, and again they were short staff and they didn't have the correct mould to fit my ear, and they didn't adjust them probably.I feel so annoyed by these new hearing aids.Wanting to throw the hearing aids in the bin a waste of 2000 dollars.They are not professional in running a business.
