After many sleepless nights thinking about red cogs (BMW transmission error), I took it upon myself to search harder for a real specialist to look after my beloved e60 M5. After digging through the deep depths of internet forums and BMW enthusiast groups I found a glowing post of about Bill and his passion for BMW and the V10 M5. Although I am based on the other side of the bay (140km round trip), I thought I would make the journey and boy was I glad I did.I was previously told by a BMW specialist" that the transmission errors might have been the battery and the rough shifting and occasional loud banging was maybe to do with a "heavy duty clutch". Their recommendation was to keep driving it and "see how we go". I know (as well as the Internet) that preventative maintenance is the key with these cars and their approach wasn't what I was looking for.To the contrary

Worst customer service ever,Done a service of my car BMW. Service chargers $1200, on top $200 for dignose.After done service I drove my car for 2day and it stopped in the middle of nowhere.He asking more $5000.Such a ridiculous person BILL. He is the owner the shop I believe.I really recommend do go ever to him.

I have been through many so called mechanics and some of them are well known brand names, to only find out they have done more harm than good and I've paid through the nose for it. But Bill and his team aren't about the money. They are about the quality they provide and making sure their customers walk away with absolute confidence in the service they've received. Bill is the ultimate mechanic and professional in his field. He is a believer in old fashioned customer service and delivers it in spades .After being stuffed around by other mechanics I found Bills Ad on google . And I am very glad I did . After receiving my car, Bill called me whilst working on the engine ( which overheated due to broken water pump , amongst other issues ) , and updated me with photos daily of parts needing to be replaced and explained why ! He completed the job in less time than originally thought and determined that what was needed would be less than originally thought also. Competent , efficient, and amazing attention to detail , can’t recommend highly enough . Will definitely be recommending and using Bill from now on ... 5 stars ⭐️

Bill knows his stuff. Services & treats the car as if it were his own. Even provides photos of the problems he finds.And thanks for agreeing to look at my car on such short notice (with that check engine warning light appearing). DPF totally clean now. Correct engine oil used.Seemed like my previous mechanics were missing out a lot of simple things too.
