Off street parking is plentiful with excellent access for able & disabled patients. Staff are friendly, efficient & well trained. Appointments well on time & no pressure to rush patients through. I take my elderly mother here & can highly recommend to anybody who needs this type of treatment.

Had some things done to my ears. The Specialist that I see is very supportive, and knows what he's doing. The rest of the staff here are very friendly and helpful. They make you smile and make you feel at ease, which is great. I recommend going to here. You will get the help that you need.

Reception saff are very helpful and we saw Robyn for the hearing test. She is great at her job! She tested my toddlers hearing and was very patient with her switching tactics as required. The set up is nice and the results are explained simply. They are busy so bit of a wait to get in.

Matt Tanti from the first nations unit was amazing with my toddler he made the test fun and engaging and got all the results we needed. I’m especially impressed given my toddler is super restless in appointments so i had a tonne of anxiety going into this testing, but my experience was nothing short of fantastic!
