TAFE NSW - Ourimbah

Visited in a group for dinner & had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.Nice variety of meals & nice friendly staff.

This is a great campus to study at. It has a beautiful bush setting, & it's so enjoyable to walk around the grounds, admiring all the trees & plants, while spotting lizards, & listening to Kookaburras, Bell Birds & Lyre Birds. There's also a duck pond next to the cafeteria, bridge walkways over canopies of trees & palms, connecting the buildings, which were designed to blend in to the landscape. The campus is full of lovely outdoor spaces, where you can sit & enjoy lunch.With state of the art, modern facilities, including a huge 2 storey library, this really is a fantastic campus.It has plenty of car parking, & is easy to commute to from Newcastle, on the train, which takes about 1.5 hours, then a 10 minute walk from the station.The staff are very friendly, helpful & welcoming, & they have a broad range of industries & courses to choose from.
