Apparently the owners have changed, so I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service I received today! Thank you staff for being so friendly!! I love how this store has unique merchandise I can purchase as gifts for family and friends. Would 100% recommend. Can't wait to go back again and buy more items :)

The customer service we have received from the owners and their staff is above and beyond our expectations. As our business is growing,they are providing more services such as pick up in their own van. They have ahigh level of understanding of what other businesses need in this emerging online shopping market. Awesome Post Shop we ever encountered with. Always recommended to all local businesses

I send parcels quite regularly internationally, new management are very good. Yan is really helpful and the boys as well. Would recommend over the nearby LPO's, keep up the good work.

This post office has improved significantly since the new owners took over. I used to drive a couple of km further to the Jersey Road post office to avoid the slow service but thankfully the new owners have improved. Keep up the great work

New management, super nice people but pretty forgetful, always messed up one of 2 things every time I go to send stuff. Not the best help when there's an issue. Hope there'll be more improvement in the future.

Had a parcel I sent delivered back to me by courier mistake. I went back to Bayswater Australia post and (I think it was the manager) he wanted nothing to do with it and basically sent me away even though I sent it from there and he handled the transaction in the first place. Went to another post office and they sorted it in 2 minutes. Just said 'oh the courier made a mistake give to us and we will resend it'. If you have to send something important don't go to Bayswater Australia post. I'm dissapointed that it's my local post office. There's 4 years of bad reviews so don't expect anything more than rude bad service.
