Worst selection of shoes of any nike store. Not 1 pair of basketball shoes in the whole shop.This review is only for what’s available and has nothing to do with staff as I’m always greeted politely when I enter

These $320 Vaporfly shoes I got from this store literally lasted 2weeks and less than 50klm. Ripped off. I only give 2 stars because the staff was friendly.

Riley served us today with enthusiasm and helpfulness in us making our purchases. Great experience.

One of the lady staff was really kind and helpful in finding the shoe size I'm after. She also went to great lengths to find other colours available. Highly recommended for the service and quality in their shoes.

Thank you for your excellent customer service, we took my daughters newly purchased shoes back with a minor fault and the manager immediately arranged a replacement pair for us to collect from another store. Very grateful.

Was in here today! Walked around for 5mins, didn’t get acknowledged at all! I was going to buy new shoes and some gear but the 2 staff that were on just kept talking to each other and just looked at me. Customer service need improvement.Was in here @1:30pm MondayCheers

Today I was absolutely blown away by the integrity and strong ethics of Nike and its employees in this store. I was desperate for a resolution after JD Sports would not honour the warranty on poor workmanship for my hardly worn AF1s that were collapsing around the toe and causing unsightly wrinkling. I explained the situation, showed them the faulty shoes and for comparison showed them, my older, more worn but still in perfect condition AF1s I was wearing. Immediately I was validated in my concern and offered a credit under warranty despite purchasing from elsewhere. I was so grateful and pleased with the service, I ended up buying 2 pairs of AF1s and my sister bought 1 pair for herself. We will absolutely only buy direct from Nike from now on because the assurance on quality and after purchase care is solid. Feeling very grateful!
