The two sales assistants at the Castle Hill store are untrustworthy and rude. They coercively sold me a ring, charging me extra to have it resized, and I was told it would be posted to me.After finally receiving my ring which was posted without my name on it resulting in it being lost at the post office for nearly a week, I tried it on, and it was far too big.I then called the store to double check the sizing. The sales assistant Marsa proceeded to admit that once I had left the shop she discovered they were unable to make it in my size so they had sent me a bigger size hoping I wouldn’t notice.I explained to her that the ring was far too big so I would like a refund.She then went on to tell me that I could not get a refund because the ring had been resized, even though it was resized to a size I didn’t ask for!Just disgusting customer service!The ring also arrived without a white gold authentication stamp on the inside showing it was white gold yet they could not give me a suitable explanation for this.I eventually drove the 2hrs back to the store and got my money back after some arguments. Very inconvenient right before my wedding.Also, they advertise their stones to be lab grown diamond synthetics but when you read the fine print you will see that these are not lab grown diamonds at all, they are actually just a high grade cubic zirconia so buyer beware of that too.This company is dodgy all around so do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else otherwise you could be left without a wedding ring the week before you are due to get married just like I was.
