Skips and Scrap - Skip Bins Waste & Recycling: Newcastle, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens

Tried to use this service, booked a skip bin weeks in advance, didn't turn up for demo day, multiple phone calls and no response. This meant a bathroom demo worth of waste went on our driveway and phone calls searching for another company and moving it all twice. Avoid unless you want your time wasted.

Dont get me wrong if they turn up they are well priced, bloke who delivers is great and bins are great, but I needed my bin delivered and removed the same day and skips and scraps agreedDelivery was 2 hours late and i can cope with thatI Had to place the bin in front of my garage to get at the waste which was fine as they committed to a pick up on the same dayI filled the bin by 1 pm and rang them confirming pick up would be that day as my wifes car was in the garage and blocked in . They assured me that pick up would occurAt 4.40 pm i called and no answer. Called several times and still no answer.Needless to say no pick up occurredIve been calling for an our and a half next day saturday morning . No answerI have sent texts . No replyMy wifes car blocked in the garage. Their web site says they are open . No answerTheir bins are good, prices goodCustomer service not so good.They need to consider the impact they have on peoples lives if they dont deliver on their committments

Theses are definitely in the rubbish business! Rubbish service that is! Definitely skip these guys! Will promise everything and let you down every time!The small amount you save with theses guys will quickly get chewed up with labour by all the double handling and bin in the way from not being delivered or picked up when booked!Also got charged for an extra bin though did receive a refund but just another thing I’ll have to keep an eye on now they have my card details.I give everyone 3 chances and will definitely be scraping them from now on!There are too many reliable companies out there to bother with their hassles.
