Recently Alexander Real Estate had taken over the property I am currently renting as a tenant, previously with Ray White I received terrible communication and responses from them about issues I had requested to be fixed for 3 months.Once I spoke with Alex, the next day we had someone there and fixed the problem.Alex has answered every call/text/email within the hour and gave consistent follow ups to keep me updated.Extremely happy with Alex’s customer service and communication not to mention finally having my issues resolved.
