Desire Homes - Everleigh Estate Display Home

I visited greenbank display for the quotation. First time I visited alone and found their prices reasonable. Second time (I insisted my husband lets speak to them they look reasonable for the turnkey package) when we entered the display home there was a lady; my husband asked for price how much would it cost us for 260sq build size. She started her conversation saying “we are expensive builder” ; to my surprise, why would one common man go to a builder or brand who claim they are expensive that thing put me off. But when I got first quote on my visit she gave 320k for 220build size.But on our second visit she gave quote of420k for 260build size means on increasing 40sqm would have difference of 100k lol.So We didn’t go further for contract and all. Otherwise we would have considered them for our house construction in an other estate.

Wouldn't let us go through with a pram. We have our daughter in the pram so she doesn't damage anything... Seriously good way to lose potential customers!
