the feeling in this store was off , explained what I wanted but the person behind the counter looked like she was judging me and was no real help.I asked if I could purchase a roll or have a sample and her reply was we have a minimum fee for sales which I was more then Happy to pay . I explained money was no issue I just needed to correct product and would of liked to test a few small samples before I make a order . Took my name a number butstill waiting for a call back .I went to Blacktown Signarama with a better experience, they spent a hour with me I was able to explain what I needed and received samples of many materials and helpful advice .The staff where amazing and very helpful in trying to achieve what I wanted .Will never be going to back to signarama Annandale againThank you Blacktown Signarama you just won yourself a customer

Previous customer who has been happy with service. Asked for sign and mock up was created. Final product delivered but looked very different to original, so asked not to put up. Have been told to pay extra for a new one, and also for a new installation fee (no installation was made) but have not received any follow up emails or response.

Would highly recommend. Excellent customer service, great turnaround time for the project and clear and concise communication. The signs themselves look great too.

I’m an existing customer. First installer put decals in a ridiculous location. Had to pay to have the decals reinstalled in correct location. I then requested some additional decals. Around 5 emails sent, multiple phone calls and still no response. Have never left a bad review until now, given how poor the service has been.
