If I could put a minus review I would.. they won’t start serving coffee till they have been open for at least half hour in the morning and stop serving coffee at 4:30 pm, yet they are open till around 8 pm...they must loose so much money, great way to run a business, plus their pizzas are very scarce on the topping, better off going to Tahmoor buying pizza at Scottie’s ... Bring back Hectors at least they served coffee from the minute they opened till they closed... will not go back

Service = appallingFood = well below acceptableOwners attitude = unacceptableWhen I called to complain about the food sizes being unacceptable, the owner (Mark) was rude and un-accommodating, then his business partner poorly attempted sarcasm as a response to the complaintResponse to this negative review is the response to previous reviews that keep getting removed.Strongly suggest alternative choices to spend your money.

Fantastic food, Brendon and Mark are lovely and made sure this extremely picky New Yorker's food was exactly as ordered, and my partner are were extremely happy that we stopped in while traveling around Australia!!

This is Hector's again now, not Mark's.Burgers are great,Chips are great,Coffee is good, can vary a little depending who makes it.Pizzas are pretty good. (Mark added some new ones like the carbonara, but I don't think Hector is using the same ingredients so it doesn't really work. Classics are pretty good though.)I didn't like the crumbed fish, it's pre-breaded and perfect like a big fish finger and doesnt have the crunchy edges hand breaded fish has.

Had a beef burger and cappuccino, and my wife had fish and chips. Was quite satisfying, and coffee was good.
