Terrible customer service and poor attitude of staff. They have a definite don't care" outlook and it shows! Have had a much better experience dealing with other Gasweld stores. Won't be wasting any money here (not that the staff care about that either!) Save yourself the hassle and visit or phone a different store."

Great range of tools and knowledgeable staff, maybe not very warm and bubbly but at least they know there stuff. Unlike many other hardware stores. Web site sucks though.

Went in with a centre hub nut off my f100, the thread on the bolt itself was cooked and I had no way to work out the thread or size. The ripped into their own gear to find the thread size and work it out, They provided me with a single Die to re-thread to bolt on the truck. I was a little bit unsure of the size as it looked a bit big, however, I got home and it was perfect, threaded straight on and cleaned up the area of thread that was cooked. So stoked. These guys are legends.

Great place much bigger than I expected. Huge range of tools not just welding equipment. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Don't care what customers or making money, called in need of some basic welding supplies and met with rude and uncaring staff. Would not recommend.
