The team at Hoppers Crossing were fantastic. I spent almost 4 hours deciding on a rug and at no point did I feel pressured to buy, hurry up, or as if I was wasting their time by asking to see my choices on the floor. They were friendly and helpful, and even carried my 2 rugs out to the car once I finally decided. I would highly recommend them for the atmosphere and wide range of options.

One of the best quality rugs are available at this store. I have to many places looking for plush carpets. Decorug has large range of products and no extra charges. The Hoppers crossing rep <> is very courteous person and has helped us in selection of carpets and provides us the best deal.I would 100% recommend Decorug and Hoppers crossing store

Amazing service by Anmol & Rushang. They were very patient and gave me suggestions . They were very friendly and very good to deal with. Amazing service and good customer service skills. They are a big asset to the company and hope they keep they around as people like this surely makes a difference and brings customers back to the shop.

I have bought a few rugs before from the Hoppers Crossing store before and the one I purchased recently was the best so far. The staff are so wonderful, especially Amber and the rug looks absolutely gorgeous on the floor!

The rug looked absolutely stunning. All thanks to the experienced staff especially Anmol who helped us choose the right rug as per our requirements and the theme of our living space. It took multiple visits to decide the perfect color and size, however, the staff was very patient and extremely cooperative throughout the process.All thanks to Anmol for his expert advice,I’m so glad we took it.l’d highly recommend this store. They have a huge collection to suit all needs.

Excellent service. Very patient and helpful. Good suggestions that really helped make us the choice. We worked with Anmol at this store and he has expertise of home decor & guided us on the rug designs as well as the quality that we need to buy.
