Booked car in no problem and was dropped off at work, I was notified when the car was ready and collected and taken back to collect my car. Car has been going there for services for the past 2 years and is going well, service pricing is as expected no horrible pricing surprises. Good work and nice people to deal with.

Mid school holidays, jammed between public holidays and a family health crisis occurring the car went bung and also required it's rego inspection AARRRGGHH ! Thankfully Port Macquarie Ultratune were here; they did everything reasonably possible to assist us, even arranging the tow truck to get the car without us.Recommend these guys highly as quite trustworthy. My Mum, who is in her 70’s, was visiting us and had car trouble on the way here. She needed an engine diagnostic done before travelling a long distance back to her home town. The team at Ultratune provided her with caring service, treated her so kindly and promptly repaired what was needed. It gave us peace of mind to have the diagnostic and repair taken care of so quickly and efficiently.

On the Thursday my car’s Exhaust coupling had collapsed and needed urgent replacing.On recommendation I called ultra tune PMQ and Romeo instructed me to bring the vehicle in on Friday 7am and by Tuesday afternoon the bar was back to being its quiet self.Very attentive service and very reasonable charge.
