Facilities are good and staff are generally friendly and helpful. No website and poorly run social media are their online online presence. Main method of communication about changes to scheduling is by a whiteboard in foyer. Have arrived a few times to be told school groups will be arriving and public swimming is unavailable.

Refuse to book a make up session if your child is sick and you did not call in four hours in advance. Sometimes you realize this after school and it is too late anyway. Ignorant staff on the phone.

The pools are great but front counter staff are generally rude and unhelpful, I can only guess it’s not their chosen area to work.I’ve witnessed them be rude and impatient to others (customer in front of me - from a disability service) and dismissive of myself. Other staff are generally helpful and pleasant.

Senior staff are rude, disrespectful and dismissing to your child’s needs and don’t give you the time of day with any concerns. Your just a number for their cash pool. I only go here cos it’s local. Looking at booking my son in elsewhere in the near future

You can exercise in hydro therapy pool and in the 2 other pools there plus finish with a spa. It is excellent value for money and helps you keep fit.

Pretty good pool with everything you need and very friendly workers. It isn't the cleanest pool though and doesn't have any lifeguards on duty. Has a warm pool. Has a 25m cold pool and a spar.

Good facilities, well organised, good, dedicated teaches and great rewards system fornthe kids. Nice to have a heated pool in winter

Swim lessons are great. There are swimming classes for all ages and abilities.There is a strong link between kids classes and the squads. Each level uses and develops the skills learnt in earlier lessons. Consequently, there is great continuity between the different stages and the stages feel really purposeful.The best part is that the kids get to ring a bell when they pass a level and everyone is encourage to cheer and clap. It's actually a really nice morning and I know my kids are looking forward to the time they are able to get that regonition Great community spirit.
