He is a wealth of knowledge and a huge asset to the springers company. He always goes above and beyond for his customers and without his help and advice I would not have the awesome 12v setup I have today for my car and camper.Keep up the great work John and thankyou for your tireless help and advice mate!

Giving good customer service is easy when everything goes according to plan. The true measure of good customer service is how you are treated when things go wrong. In my case, I was seriously impressed with these guys when a Solar MPPT controller that I purchased did not function correctly after I had installed it. To compound the problem, the installation was on a boat and I was sailing half way down the NSW coast and no way to easily take the unit in for testing. I spoke to John, the specialist electrician at Springers. He diagnosed the problem remotely and concluded that the unit was indeed faulty. He sent a replacement unit express post that same day to the town where we were anchored. I installed it and it worked perfectly. They never hesitated in providing back up service and truly stand behind the stuff they sell. Thanks heaps John & Springers. A very relieved and satisfied customer.(I will drop the faulty one in when I return to Brisbane).

I Purchased an Anderson extension and adaptor....Chris had the modification I required ready for me within 30 minutes of the phone call....I would highly recommend Springers Solar and their employees

We purchased a house last year which has a solar system installed by Springers Solar circa 2012. We had the panels pigeon proofed and discovered a crack in one of sleeves of the power cables going into the roof. We contacted Springers and they fixed it under their workmanship warranty. Talk about honesty and backing up your service and product. Thank you so much and we will definitely be coming back when we upgrade the system.

We bought all of the gear to fit out our sprinter van, and were really impressed by the selection, pricing and help from Springers. We went in about three times before we bought everything, and the guys at Capalaba ran us through the entire setup process (more than once) so that we could do it ourselves and were so patient and knowledgable. The solar smart controller we bought off them had a factory default, but we took it back and had a new one in seconds which was so easy and worry-free. Everything is working great now and we're having a ball on the road. Really friendly staff, Xavier was super helpful in particular. It was really good feeling like we weren't being upsold on anything, and they gave us a great bundled discount. Thanks again guys.

Leigh from the Capalaba store set me up with a lithium battery, inverter and solar panels for part of my canopy set up. He had good product knowledge and made sure everything was compatible with the equipment i already had. Great service and competitive prices. I highly recommend Springers for youe solar needs
