Attune Hearing Carnegie
Today I had an audio test at Attune Hearing, Carnegie and was pleased with the whole experience. Mina, the audiologist was very clear and informative at every stage of the consultation. I felt instantly at ease and in competent hands from the word go. Mina's approach is, appropriately, that of a health care professional rather than that of a marketing manager, which I had met elsewhere and which I found worked against the trust we need to have in our health professionals. Thank you Mina.

I was very apprehensive at going to a clinic as all I heard was,they will try to sell you so much!" This experience was wonderful. The staff were so very professional and not once was I hassled to be a purchaser. My hearing Aids have been perfectly fitted and they needed no adjustment on my subsequent visit. The education required to use the aids was so easily understood and delivered in a manner that made the next few days so easy. I was able to remember all the cues required to fit and use. So simple. Thank you Carnegie staff."

Recently after being assessed for hearing aids, I chose Attune Hearing Carnegie for location convenience and proximity to home.My experience has been excellent.Staff are friendly and helpful.Mina takes extra care to ensure hearing needs are comprehensively assessed and her communication has been outstanding. I have been an Attune customer for over ten years & I have always found the Audiologists & receptionist staff exemplary.I have been going to Attune Carnegie as I needed new hearing aids.They were fantastic. Mina Nadarajah went to so much trouble to detail to me and compare the differences between the inner ear and external hearing aids. I will definitely buy a new set when the trial period is finished. I was also unaware of the TV connector as well.I feel because of Mina’s diligence she should be recognised by Attune. I would nominate her for Audiologist of the Month/Year.Because of your Customer Focus at Carnegie my wife may be your next customerMuch Appreciated Graeme

Lovely staff and excellent service... my seven year old son was quite worried about his appointment before we went in and Mina couldn't have been better with him. She explained everything so he understood what was happening next and the appointment was thorough but quick. Highly recommend!

Called to book a hearing aid consultation session, they asked me I need to do a hearing test in Attune first , the one I did in other clinic last week in a is not acceptable! I think the experienced audiologist knows that the hearing graph for someone with severe hearing loss is gonna be the same! so looks this place has setup a policy to charge any new clients with first hearing test!!!no matter if it is required or not.have been in so many clinic before and this this is the first time I heard they need their own specific hearing test!!!

Amazing service! From payment, support, services, inquiries, and after care support for all my hearing needs. Mina had expanded my hearing capacity to the point I can use the phone without feeling the fear of I might not understand the other person on the phone. I have acquired the compilot as suggested now I cant live without it. Mina went above and beyond solving every obstacles I have encounter. I can hear better today beyond my wildest dream.Thank you soooooo much Mina! I really appreciate everything you have done for me. Up to this day, I cant believe I can speak on the phone without feeling the fear and anxiety that I might not hear the other person.I am sooooo grateful!
