Terrible service. Called to get someone out to look at a job. They said they'd call me back within two days with a time. I didn't receive a call. Instead, I called them a week later and spoke to another person who booked in to come and look at the job on that Friday. He called the day before and cancelled the meeting as something had come up, and said he would call back to reschedule. I didnt recieve a call to reschedule so the following week I called to re-book the meeting but had to leave a message as he was unavailable. A few days passed and still no call back, so I rang again and asked to speak to someone. Again I left a message to get a call back and that was a week ago. On that occasion I was assured that someone would call me back to tee up a time.If that's how hard it is just to get someone to come and look at a job, I can't imagine how hard it would be to get them to actually do a job!I called another Landscape company and they came out that afternoon. If Landscape Solutions didn't want the work, that's totally fine, but to waste my time the way that they did was incredibly frustrating.

A friendly team of people who have great horticultural and construction knowledge. Always go to great lengths to get the best results for their customers.

I was on the m1 freeway and one of thier vehicles cut me off outside macquarie uni etoll gates about 4.05pm today. The driver flipped me off, after nearly ramming the car in front of him as well. This is the second time i have seen thier vehicles driving in that nature. That is flat out dangerous and risking the lives of everyone around them, just to overtake one car.

Great place to work! Never seen a business of this size have such an amazing culture. Would definitely recommend this place as an employer of choice.

Ignored basic concepts of landscaping like drainage. Not great on chasing up defects.

Unethical practices, toxic workplace culture. Steer clear of this organisation for their services or employment.

These contractors hacked and damaged my hedge that I have been training for myself and my neighbour for the past 3 years as well as the cat enclosure measures I had run through it to keep my cat from roaming. When approached why this was done the on-site manager was passively aggressive and apathetic towards our grievances.On site manager approached even came back today to remove more of the hedge. With 80% of the foliage gone on my viburnum coming into a dry and frosty winter, the comment ‘it will grow back’ demonstrates what little horticultural knowledge they have as dieback and disease will probably take hold. With young children we enjoy our backyard but appreciate privacy and noise reduction from the popular walkway behind which we no longer have.Also mentioned it was being removed for ‘safety’ but then ironically left branches poking out at eye height over the footpath when their equipment couldn’t cut. As a risk adverse individual, I accept no liability for and have maintained film evidence just in case an occurrence happens.The crew delivered better results when they used to chain smoke at the estate cafe and play on their phones all day.If looking for a landscape and grounds contractor I suggest you look for the passionate ‘little guy’ rather than the apathetic and systemically culture poor corporation types like this.

I was interviewed for an apprenticeship on Monday by the owner, he was on time, friendly and professional, I feel that I was not at the standard Landscape Solutions were looking for, however I was given a more than fair chance and learnt where I need to improve and I thank them for the opportunity, thanks guys, I will improve my skills and try again when appropriate.Cam.

Very poor quality workmanship. 'Landscapers' who don't know their craft, even at a basic level. Company does not meet contract obligations despite correspondence to resolve issues. Workers turn up to site and do minimal work. Started out well, but the quality quickly deteriorated Only now are we finding further issues with our irrigation systems and dead plants, long after we terminated the agreement.
