Excellent customer service . Asked for a açai bowl this morning before the opening hour since I was craving for it due to my pregnancy and the staff was extra nice to accept my request. Had the best açai bowl ever.Wanted to grab a juice in the evening but the machine was already closed so the staff offered me orange juice and offered me an upgraded size. Very happy with the service. I will definitely be coming here again.

I’ve given this place so many chances but today was the last time! Ordered a 1L immunity booster juice and was not told until after that the fresh turmeric was replaced with powdered turmeric as they ran out. It tastes and looks like orange juice with some bitter turmeric. No taste of pineapple or lemon and too many orange seeds. This is not okay when I’m paying $16 for a juice. Every time I come here, I’m disappointed. Other experiences have an uneven balance of fruits/vegetable juice or not enough flavour in the smoothies. Last minty mix had NO taste of mint - tasted mainly of apple. Such a waste of money and I will not spend another dollar here.

Having always ordered a Shake 5 with an extra scoop of protein regularly at other locations I happened to come across the Hurstville store.I saw only one scoop being added to the jug and after prompting the worker they lied by telling me there were two scoops.After explaining I paid for an additional scoop they decided to put the scoop of protein in the cup and pour the shake into the cup.To say I’m baffled is an understatement. You couldn’t even drink the shake. Waste of $14 as it went straight into the bin.Avoid this place at all costs.

Just got a citrus mix which tasted like orange juice and a feel good juice which tasted bland and saw them blend the watermelon with the skin left on.I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this place takes the cake for poor quality and short cuts in their blends.

Great service. Extremely friendly staff especially the new guy that works there. Has a very welcoming smile and great recommendations of juices. Tried the happy juice the other day for the first time and it was simply amazing. Keep it up!

Very poor service. The man in the shop rudely ignores me while I was trying to order at the counter. It’s has happen many times before. Also the man always use the pre-made juice rather than fresh squeezed.

Really poor service with staff members not knowing which customers have already ordered and those that haven't. Waiting for 5 mins along with 2 other people only to be approached with oh we thought you guys ordered" clearly no stucutre in this business. Only midday on a weekend and they have sold out half the menus ingredients. They might as well just shut their business. Not professional at all. The Orange juice machine upstairs does a better job."
