Pleasing to find this place open until quite late during the week. Unfortunately food or drinks didn’t compliment. Poor quality of Coffee, Hot Chocolates & Crepes.

Romantic Romeo's - a Toorak gem! Old world charm and absolutely wonderful staff. Trotted in to this Trattoria for a home cooked hearty hot soup - Even spotted local patron Derryn Hinch lunching by the window with friends! - Hamish John Appleby

The best spaghetti marinara in town, our families been coming here for years! It is an absolute treat. Great customer service! Gluten free penne option also delicious! Would love to see a Gluten free fettuccini option one day. Can't recommend enough!

Besides the pasta that I ordered tasting like it was undercooked. The Seafood salad that my mum ordered was very yummy. Everything else about our dinner at this restaurant was fantastic & we would go back here again

We loved it here. It’s a retro tour de force. The menu’s out of the 80s, same with the food, but in the best way. The portions were sizeable and the ingredients fresh as. I loved my chicken scallopini. The chicken was tender and still moist, and the sauce so was a beauty. I loved the abundant veggies too and most of all I loved the baked potato in foil with sour cream. Absolutely classic and delicious. My companions loved their dishes too. My friend had the spaghetti marinara. I have never seen more seafood on one of those in my life. The service was terrific here tonight. Our main server was from Brazil and she did a wonderful job. This was a terrific experience. A really welcome trip back in time. We’ll be back for sure!

Have been here a few times over the years and the food is always amazing. Very generous servings at great prices. It can be a bit chaotic at times with tables constantly being re-organised to maximise seating. That's fair enough but it can cause narrow walkways and little space to get in and out.Tonight a leaving customer knocked one of our glasses of wine off the table. Not her fault, accidents happen. It was pretty poor of management though to not acknowledge what happened and offer to replace the wine.

The best vegetarian risotto I have ever eaten. Came with cashews on the side and fresh shaved parmesean cheese. Wine by the glass at $13 or thereabouts was excellent. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Romeo's is the real deal Italian restaurant. Thoroughly recommended.

Lunch with friends, way too much sauce on dishes just drowns anything else, altho still able to find hair in one dish. Noticed the chef with quite long hair had no hair covering. This place could be really good but think standards are slipping.

Minestrone was delicious and full of fresh vegetables and exactly what I was hoping for. The food was brought to the table very quickly which was great (not a lot of customers). Romeo’s is famous for it’s delicious old school garlic bread which takes me back to the 80’s, a must every time we visit. Cooked to perfection with buttery “real” garlic flavour not the cheap and nasty type. Was perfect accompaniment to my soup for lunch.Shared a serve of lemon/sugar crepes to finish and they were light and tasty.Consistently good, a little on the pricey side but good simple food.
