Was in the store for 30 minutes 2 white staff members were just talking to each other not even interested in giving customer service. Very disappointed get someone who wants to work. Tried to talk to the young lady who was tried her best to not to give eye contacts. One more thing, She actively served the tradie couple who came at very last. I think she is Racist or not willing to save people who have brown skin.

Great selection of tiles. Very helpful staff, worked out how much tiles we needed and left us to browse after that, which is what you want. Not someone following you around pressuring you. Hannah was awesome. We didn't end up getting tiles that day from there as we wanted to look around more. There were some we liked though.

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bought just over 18sq metres of tiles to fix two bathrooms (which have poor waterproofing done by the builder/their contractor.)I recommend paying a little extra to get the higher rated (level 4) anti slip tiles.Due to the weight, I would recommend delivery or bring a couple of people (depending on how much you are looking to buy) as they don't assist loading the tiles (though this time they made an exception).I was able to fit the entire purchase in the back of a SUV.If you need an installer, ask them and they will provide you with a list of their recommend installers. You don't have to use them, but can be useful to get a quote or if you don't have anyone to do the job.

I was at the store on the weekend looking for purchase of wall and floor tiles for a bathroom renovation. The plan was to get 3 quotes from Beaumont, National and Elegance Tiles.Price wise, Elegance was the lowest with National tiles being the most expensive even with the May promotion. It was also hard to find someone to identify the tile which I had looked up from the National Tiles Website. I believe the store is targeted towards trades who come into the store.

Terrible service!! We were there waiting for a sales lady. They all were kind of hiding and no one came to talk our needs. There were two sales ladies and both of them served others even thought we were there for the very first time.
