I booked a trial clean with them. The guy called me twice to change the time, including one hour before the clean. Two guys showed up for a 1.5 hours clean. One was on the phone for most of the time, while the other was very rough and quick but did an extremely poor clean. They managed (in a total of 3 hours) to clean bathrooms and kitchen and mop and vacuum the floor (very poorly).I reported the feedback to Crystal maids who said couldn't get someone else to clean but was willing to provide a full refund

I have waited ALL DAY for the fortnightly cleaner to arrive. She hasn't bothered to turn up by 4pm and she was due at 9am.This is the 4th cleaner we have used during our time with your company. It's absolutely ridiculous. Your cleaners do a poor quality clean and ARE REPEATEDLY UNRELIABLE.I will never use or recommend your service again.

Poor communication. They failed to attend two bookings with no warning or communication.Crystal maids may provide excellent cleans but I can’t comment on that because they never showed up.So, for anyone wanting to book, they’re lovely over the phone, however, they obviously need to improve their booking system as communication is very poor and they may not show up.

Hired through NDIS. My cleaner didn’t show up one thursday and when I rang her directly she said she was no longer coming and had told management at the start of the week. No one bothered to call to tell us, and no one has even had the decency to return our calls and emails. Avoid at all costs

Organised for someone to come in, received 2 reminder emails and no one showed. There was no communication from Crystal Maids to advise no one would be coming. Called up a couple of times over different days and left voices messages along with a follow up email and still no response over a week later.
