Property Vine - North Shore Kawana

Second stay at this hotel great value for money rooms were clean, have to travel to beaches and attractions but not too far from anything really, shops are within walking distance

Great experience.The TV was placed in a weird spot but we just used our laptop instead.Room was nice and tidy.

The property name implies a shore or the coast like the other buildings names in the area but it's inland and only exists for it's proximity to the Hospital. It's an hospital/business class property located on an arm of Lake Kawana and in walking distance to the hospital; our balcony view was very nice. I booked a 2 bed apartment and it had everything you would need for a long stay, close to Coles, hospital, walking tracks and eateries, however it's quite clinical and not a holiday destination, there is no pool or special area beyond your room. I have an SUV and the car park is small, dont expect to get a larger vehicle in to a space.Security is good and remote control scan is required for ground floor and lift access. I spent so long trying to work out the TV i gave up, almost no free tv or Fox access, it was a wast of time searching for just the local news, for me this was not acceptable.

Very large complex of units. Upgraded to a 1 bed apartment prior to our stay but ended up with a studio apartment. Place fully booked so was unable to offer us another room. The lady at reception was really helpful. Offered use a refund, however the refund took ages to reach our bank account and wasn't as much as we had been offered. Won't stay there again as the complex is too big and impersonal. Apart from that, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The overall experience is good. Friendly staff and well organised parking spaces. 2 bedroom is smaller than we thought but still decent with very beautiful lake view and quiet too. Now the downside: you’ll only get room service when you stay over 8 days. This is not quite common as we stayed in other service apartments before, normally the cleaning will be offered every 3 days. There are a whole bucket of used towels in the laundry room - I assume from the previous stay and the cleaner might have forgotten to collect them? The washing machine is very dirty so that we can’t really use it, rubber seal is fully black. Aircon shows “filter requires change”. The hotel needs to be more careful with cleanliness of the facilities

Beautifully presented and very comfortable. My room had everything thing I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.Location is great if you need to be close to the hospital, otherwise it is not so convenient. You will need to hire a car as the buses run 1 every hour.

Totally recommend. Very comfortable, well set up with all amenities.Great location and views. Close to shops and food.

I stayed in the studio room for 2 nights and it has some great views. Secure gated parking and close to a shopping centre with Coles and Aldi. Some of the residents watch TV reasonably loud but just got myself ear plugs to fall asleep. I would stay here again.
