Have been waiting months for Shane to return with a part and install it.We have pre paid.We have had terrible communication from Shane.Definitely would not recommend.

We called Shane to take a look at our treadmill. Our motor was replaced under manufacturers warranty because Shane advised it was the motor. Then he upsold us a new motherboard as they go hand in hand" and tried to hit us up for another call out fee on TOP of his labour to install it. The treadmill worked intermittently (with a computer not fully functioning) before stopping completely a week later. At that point

Shane and his team recently installed the floor and rig for a commercial gym I have opened and I couldn't speak more highly of the team. They shuffled around things multiple times to help us hit our targeted opening date and the quality of the service they provided was best I've seen!!

Professional approach from a decent bloke. Fixed my treadmill with ease. Obviously knowledgeable in his field and happy to answer questions. After initial call-out fee - parts were ordered express post and fixed 2 days later. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks.

Shane was on time and worked quickly to assembly the new (secondhand) gym equipment. I was really pleased as he went above and beyond to make sure it was serviced and functioning correctly. I have no doubt I could not have assembled it myself as Shane brings a high level of knowledge and experience to this work. He will be my first call whenever I need servicing or repair work done on my gym. .

Advised Shane the exact make and model of treadmill I required to be repaired. He came and assessed the machine and said parts were required. 3 months later after chasing him up multiple times with no contact from him he announces he has no idea where to source the parts from. Complete waste of my time and money. After a 2 second google search i've sourced the parts required from the distributor myself. Easy money to turn up to assess your machine and tell you it's broken and never fix the thing.... complete rip off

Shane was absolutely incredible! We waited over 12 weeks for equipment from another company.. a quick call and he had the equipment here and installed within a week. Amazing service! Couldn't recommend Gymfix anymore. Will definitely be using Shane for ongoing services within our gym!
