Great spot for most all of your hardware needs , worth checking on line a lot of stuff isn't on the shelf to see but it's online like swimming pools , kids cubby houses etc

5 stars to the lovely lady in the garden centre who just went above and beyond by going out in the wind and rain to show me a plant I was looking for, unexpected but very kind! Also great friendly service at the returns desk. The staff make this Bunnings a great one.

One of the friendliest and helpful Bunnings stores in Australia. Great team, lots of experience and it's so great when living in a small community the team there remember the locals and regulars but also treat everyone the same. Always a pleasure when leaving to pay to see the beautiful happy ladies and lads to say good bye to when exiting. Car park is always busy but once you fina a park there will be a trolley waiting and someone to help with bulky items.

Returned an item. Easy Returns on the docket however the staff made me feel like a criminal checking asking for supervisor to check that all the bits were in the item and no damage to the product. Innocent on all counts but not so easy and not so pleasant.

Ballina just wouldn’t be the same without the local Bunnings. There isn’t much one can’t obtain from Bunnings.The Big Prawn greets you on arrival and there is a very adequate in-store cafe’.Advantages include very delicious barbecues on the weekend. The barbecues happen to be run by charities and the proceeds all go towards a worthy cause.

We were looking for paint at Ballina. A young girl “Annabelle” at the paint inquiry counter was helping us with our inquiries.I just have to say what a wonderful young woman she was. She searched & explained everything to us. Her bubbly personality, enthusiasm, knowledge, honesty & help, left us feeling with great confidence in what she suggested & with smiles. When asked how she ended up in the paint section, this young lady said she worked part time while at school @ Bunnings, having recently finished…don’t know if she is full time now…but she will definitely go far in life with her attitude. Helpful, friendly staffI had to buy tiles and other tiling stuff. I found the boxes of tiles too heavy to lift and the lady I asked about getting someone to lift the boxes into my trolley was amazing. She lifted the tiles I found myself into my trolley and found the other tiles I needed and also lifted them into the trolley. I asked her about glue, grouting and tools and she found an expert to advise. This expert advised me on the items I needed and quantities. He was extremely knowledgeable and stayed with me until I had everything I needed in the trolley. Next the lady at the checkout found me a strong man to drive the now very heavy trolley across the car park and pack the items into my car for me. Even the customer who parked between the trolley and my boot moved her car so the man could get the trolley close to the boot. In all, it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks Bunnings and the people you employ who go out of their way to help customers who don't really know what they need and are not strong enough to lift heavy items.

Huge. Friendly staff. You don't get lost on the phone when you ring up. The 'order online and collect' worked really well for me with the staff bending over backwards to fit in with my schedule. Most impressed.
