A boutique style, professionally run studio where all emphasis is on the client.I could not believe my luck when I arrived on the Sunshine Coast and found this studio.I have always been active and am a passionate dressage rider. After 3 months with Tamara, (and now at 60yrs old), I never felt stronger and more balanced. I’ve seen the change in my body and felt the change when I go riding. Wish I had started years ago. Highly recommend - you will struggle to find a more knowledgeable, skilled and caring Pilates instructor and beautiful studio.

I could not be more pleased with the results from TLC Pilates. Tamara tailor made sessions to rehabilitate my shoulder improving my flexibility and strengthening my abdominal muscles. I love Pilates because it is challenging and yet calming to your mind and body.

Tamara is a amazing Pilates instructor , she is so great at giving individual help and instruction throughout the class to make sure you are using the correct techniques , her classes are light hearted and we always do something different each class which keeps it interesting. It’s a class for everyone of all abilities and age . I would highly recommend TLC Pilates .
