Progress Physiotherapy Services

I’ve been going to progress now for many years and in this time seen many different physiotherapist, my latest being Aidan, in which I found to be very professionalI called up yesterday 21st October as I was in excruciating pain in my neck. ( didn’t want to bother the hospitals ) was advised I could see Declan on the Saturday morning 22nd oct at 10am as they could only fit me in on the Friday and I was still in Perth , so couldn’t make it back in time .All Friday night I couldn’t sleep was in pain every-time I moved my neck, put heat packs on nurofen Panadol ect..Had a call from a ALEX Saturday morning about 8 am she advised me they couldn’t see me at 10 this morning as previously booked as they had doubled booked that appointment !!!!I’m furious and use to always phrase this company I’m very angry right now !!!!knowing I’ve been in pain all yesterday afternoon and through the night ..to be told they could only now see me on MONDAY 24thHOW DISGUSTING is this ………very bad management for sure and very very dissatisfied..I could have posted this over face book, however I thought I’d just have my say this way

I have been attending Progress Physio for a service related back injury and PTSD. I have found theirservice to be friendly and professional. My Physio Jonathan is professional, understanding and results driven. I highly recommend all the team at Progress Physiotherapy Services.

I suffered a tibial plateau fracture in May 2021, spent 16 weeks non weigh bearing in a leg brace. I have worked with Whitney at Progress Physio. Overcoming muscle wastage, lack of movement and control. Today I have successfully completed my rehabilitation and strengthening program. I am looking for to hiking and bush walking again. Well worth the grunting and sweating through the sessions. Thanks Whitney for all the encouragement.
