F45 Training Logan Central

So I’ve been with F45 OHANA for over 3 years. The vibe from the trainers has always been a positive, encouraging, engaging and motivating. The community is amazing how everyone comes together to not only get fit and healthy but help each otherOne of my favourite places to train ❤️

Great environment to train/exercise in, trainer's are always encouraging and friendly during session's. It is always a Vibe" when you enter the studio

Fantastic team of trainers that help not only myself but everyone -push through each workout for a solid 45mins. Surrounded with amazing people 'Ohana'!!!-it's not an individual training environment but more teamwork/family based. Highly recommended for all ages if your looking for that extra push, goals/targets setting etc...

One of the best training studios and gym I have been too. Everyone is so loving and welcoming. I have trained at many other gyms and people tend to just look at you and walk off or never talk to you. At Logan Central F45 you will always be smiled at, greeted and treated as family.

After having my daughter I knew I needed an organised easy to follow regimen to fit in with my new mum schedule and I found it. So grateful for this place. Come & check it out. Absolutely love this place! Great atmosphere and environment for every fitness type. It has awesome, knowledgeable and encouraging trainers! Good location and great music! Workouts are different every day. Challenges and playoffs are definitely motivating and staff are friendly and supportive of your individual fitness journeys.

Been part of f45 Logan Central since Oct 2020! By far the best decision I've ever made! Trainers are super supportive, the atmosphere is amazing, everyone is super friendly and most importantly we treat each other like family members, rather than gym members. Absolutely reccommended training here at Ohana! #SuchaaaaVibe

I have been a member going on to 2 years and I must say the atmosphere is 100% awesome. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are at, they can cater to your needs. If you are keen to try they usually have free 10 days trail, so give it a go.

Supportive trainers that really make a difference and push you to that next level. They are always providing a great atmosphere so its a pleasure to train at F45 Logan. They welcome you like family and treat everyone the same way. Can’t thank F45 Logan enough. Thank you guys!
