We had a great experience with Roofline, in particular the owner Tom. We had all of our gutters and roof plumbing replaced and were working on a tight deadline. Tom and the team were able to turn the job around quickly and to a high standard. We would highly recommend. Tom also provided some helpful advice around our broader renovations which we appreciated.

Love my roof! Professional all the way from quote to job to clean up. I was impressed as to how Tom could coordinate roofers, carpenters and plumbers to replace fascia boards, guttering, roof tiles and install sisalation in one seamless job. I was confident in leaving them to it while I went off to work knowing they would contact me with any concerns. I've had many compliments since, mostly from tradies, saying, 'that's a really nice roof!' Well done Tom and team.

I started contacting them to look at my roof in April. First time they didn't show up. Rang again, he showed up explaining very good and detailed. I was told the quote will be done in a week. A week later nothing has come. I wait another week, gave them a call to chase up for the quote, the receptionist said she had no idea why, but she will chase it for me and let someone ring me about it. Keep waiting and waiting, and 2 days before the 4th lockdown in May, I called again, the lady said sorry sincerely but she had no idea why. Then lockdown which obviously they can't work, so I kept waiting again. A week after, she rang back and said the quote should be done by tomorrow, but I didn't receive anything.Today 18/06 I call again for the quote, the guy said he doesn't know and will get Scott to ring me back. He sounded very rude which is why they get my review.Im not sure why it is so hard to send me a quote, because I'm Asian? Because the work is too small? Or it is too hard work? For whatever reason just tell me that you can't do it then I will find someone else.This company has 5 stars review which I don't want to ruin it, but they treat me like garbage.

Our apartment roof replacement presented a number of logistic problems – property access and tile storage amongst them. So much so that several other companies classified the job as too difficult and were not interested. Roofline embraced the challenges and did a brilliant job. They problem-solved and came up with solutions that minimized disruption both to our occupants and to our neighbours. Their work was first class - our new roof looks wonderful and has enhanced our property. I would highly recommend Roofline to anyone wanting a difficult job done well and with minimal stress.

Roofline did a job for my body cooperate in early 2021. They were called back to the property twice for issues including a damaged roof tile that caused flooding in the roof of my apartment. Calls and emails have since gone unanswered in attempt to organise repairs of the damage. I have been extremely disappointed and don’t recommend their service.

Very happy with my experience with Roofline, especially Scott. He came out and fixed a leak in my roof. Arrived on time, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Showed me the water damage and did honest repair work.

I have used the team at Roofline for two different properties over the years and can't recommend them enough. From new gutters to fascia repairs and more recently a leaking townhouse roof - Bruce, Tom and the whole team at Roofline are professional, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with - no matter how many questions I have!No detail is overlooked and their proactive approach to delivering a high standard of workmanship is second to none. Whilst I hope to not need their services moving forward - I will not hesitate to use them again if required or recommend them for all things roofing. Thanks guys!
