The shop service was fine and my experience in store had no issues. However, someone came to measure up for a quote and never returned back to me. They had also said I can lay floorboards over an existing drain which would defeat the purpose of its function and especially because the drainage flooring isn’t flat or levelled, it was actually unsuitable for floorboards. Others who had come to quote me had advised me against it. Had I gone with them, not sure how many problems would be encountered down the line.

Excellent experience with this company. Julio and Josef had a very professional approach with the installation of our flooring. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right!

Appalled by the level of service provided by Jerry. Incompetent is an understatement. He admitted to not knowing everything about flooring after stuffing up our floors and jumped down my throat when asking a simple question. I didn’t know Carpet Court condoned yelling at customers. Just wow.

Michael was very helpful with information while measuring for our quote. He was able to answer our questions which helped make our descision making process much easier.Leigh and Alan who came to lay the carpet and flooring were prompt friendly and very efficient.I would most certainly recommend Carpet Court Macgregor team.

The installation was good with no complaints.My complaint is with the apalling service of the sales team. There are 2 boxes of laminate leftover, 1 box is unopened which i want to return to get my money back but they refuse as they order extra on purpose for spares. At no point during the sales process was this mentioned or was I asked if i wanted spares. When asking the manager how much they usually order extra he said 10% However i have 24% of laminate leftover. They clearly made a mistake and over ordered but did not own up to it, apologise or attempt to rectify the situation. When trying to contact them they did not return our call and hung up on us. They have wasted my money and now I am stuck with 2 boxes of useless laminate that I will probably never use.

Julio was very knowledgeable and efficient. My flooring was installed in record speed and the quality is fantastic. Very happy with my new flooring.

Henry was very helpful initially with ideas and then samples were brought to the property. Two separate flooring options were chosen carpet and hybrid flooring. Installations went smoothly on time and jobs finish to a great standard. Thank you will recommend to others.
