Avoid if you can. Terrible customer service on a number of occasions as well as dishonesty in invoicing for work not completed.

Job remains incomplete.3 Workers were on time and good. Office Management communication on job notes with workers is non existent, sending team without correct materials for an urgent insurance repair job. Company does not return calls. Makes appointment without consulting the client. Uses service mate system SM8 outside of business hours. Sunday 3pm. Client waited all next day on Monday for no show of trades after ringing the business. 3 stars for the actual tradies. Would not recommend this company.
