Matthew and his company have been the best possible property managers one could have as a tenant. I lived in a property managed by him in Surry Hills for 5 years and the levels of support, kindness and professionalism have been impeccable, even during my move to a new home managed by a different firm. He's managed a challenging strata situation, a home renovation (he has a reliable crew of tradies too), found numerous tenants, and never complained when things get tough as he's always looked for pragmatic solutions. Also able to provide tangible advice.

Matt and his team took over as our property manager and has instantly made a difference. As we live interstate we rely on our property manager to look after our investment, and Matt and his team have been amazing from day 1 to deal with. The level of communication is fantastic, and they have done everything they said they would, on time, and with great communication. Would definitely recommend them.

Matt.is a very experienced, professional and reliable property manager. He is very good at organizing and managing trades people to effect repairs and maintenance. He is also very good at finding and managing (good) tenants . He makes himself readily available , even outside normal office hours, which is great for landlords living overseas in different time zones. He is a person of utmost honesty and integrity which has earned him respect from all the people he deals with.

The best property manager I’ve had. Matthew is very professional and treats tenants with respect, caring about the property and caring about the tenant. It’s the first time I’ve felt comfortable dealing with agent and definitely his agency will be the fist place where I’ll look when I need a new place.

Matt has been nothing but fantastic!! As far as temperament go and getting things done he is off the scale good. I just wish that all property managers were as good as Matt and the Apollo One Property Group. Never did I have to wait to get things done and as an agent acting on behalf of the landlord he most certainly had both my interests and that of the landlords in mind always being more than fair to both. Trust me when I say you want Matt and his team looking after your property!
