Have had two encounters with horrible customer service and have decided that it will be the last time I’ll ever go there. Same lady served both times and has the worst attitude and would make faces as she explains things as if she’s belittling you and making you feel dumb.

The passport photo taken lady wasn't patient to young kids. She is not proffessional. Kids get scare with the way she talks as she was not patient. She should use some props to get kids' attention to look at the camera. Not with inpatient voices asking them to look at camera. Just a thought. Hope it can improve. Thanks.

This post office is always clean and well organised. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient, and I never have to wait long to get my mail or send a package. Highly recommend!

Wouldn’t recommend this post office to anyone. I went in the morning to do a Passport Application they lady was being plain rude I had given my file with my document to her and she said “take them out!” Like isn’t this your job. If there was something such as no star they would get it because I felt embarrassed.

I had a great experience here. Nice staff helped me with my misplaced packages and post. I was in and out in about ten minutes. Lots of parking outside.

Served by a lovely lady last Saturday. We walked in not long before closing hours and she had alot of patience to take mine and my 4 kids passport photos. I have a 2 year old a 2 month old baby and she made it work.Very polite and bubbly and made the whole process much less stressful.
