I wouldn't recommended paying the extra money for the faster turnaround of 24hrs because I did this and an hour after the deadline I had to chase the results and had already had the people waiting on the results from me chasing me.When I asked whether they would then charge me the standard fee, not the higher faster" turnaround fee

Could not be happier with their service. I have used another service in the past but compared to before, these guys are very professional from the beginning to thr end. They communications was fast and prompt and the inspection and reporting was clear and detailed.

Provided testing and advice to rectify a bad and unsafe asbestos removal job by another company. Advice and report provided were excellent, thorough and detailed. Very professional, helpful and accommodating. Were happy to provide further feedback over the phone and able to come at quite short notice to provide a clearance report for when the site was fixed up. Happy to recommend!

Zara and the crew are fantastic. Prior to testing I sent Zara pictures of the product I suspected may contain asbestos. It wasn't your regular fibro/super six etc looking product and rather than suggesting straight out that it should be tested she offered to check with her consultants first to see if they had come across a similar looking product before and if so whether it contained asbestos ... to save me the time and effort of bringing it in for testing if not required. As unable to say definitively either way i brought a sample of the product into them for testing and within an hour I heard back from them to let me know the results come back negative and a written report was received within the day. What fantastic customer service!! Thoroughly recommend!! A+++
