Love this store!! Makes me want to move to the country and change my furniture!Unfortunately, one star is missing because it's still not cheap considering it's an outlet store and also the staff let it down because they are snobby and didn't greet me, didn't ask if I'd like any help.

I have been shopping at Provincial, Essendon, for a number years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I have recently built a new home and have made a number of purchases from this store. Jane has been amazing. So helpful and such great ideas with decor.

Beautifully presented store and friendly welcoming staff. Have never had an issue getting an item and the staff do go out of their way to assist if needed. I love their decor and furniture and everything it sells..simply beautiful.... I have purchased many items from this store and always happy. A tad on the pricey side... and rarely have sales, but I guess if you love the item..you do end up paying the $$$. My fav homeweares store by far.

Chloe and the team are AMAZING! Extremely helpful, accommodating, genuine and very honest customer service. From the moment we walked in they treated us like we were part of the family. Chloe was very patient and took her time to explain all we should consider when choosing the right rug for our home. They stayed back after the store was closed just so we could make our decision and finalise our sale. Very grateful! Great experience on our part, we left knowing we had made the right choice. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely love our new dining chairs and table. We’re visiting this store from few years, great products, quality and staff.I don’t usually write reviews but always best customer service from Dean, such a lovely staff member.This Store is bit far from our place but we’ll definitely keep coming back for more purchases.
