My family and I have been going here for years and honestly so happy with their service. I barely write reviews but felt like this place deserves it! Thank you staff at VJ Nails tarneit for always providing good customer service and most importantly for your great work on my nails. I’m not sure why the negative comments but always happy to go back as a satisfied customer.

The worst salon I ever went to .The staff is so rude,My nails was not done properly.She made me pay before I did my nails.Coz she knows she will not do it the way it should .Waste of money.who ever see my nails they thought my child did my nail .I was upset. She acted like she doesn’t understand English.Don’t go there plz . Save ur money and go to Werribee Plaza . So much options or point cook they have the best salon ever . Next to target.

Been going here for a while coz it’s close to home usually meni pedi with previous nail removal they charge me $85 with nail extensions yesterday I got charged a $100 for the same service without nail extensions I asked the lady we r not putting extensions she’s like no on ur real nails umm ok no worries I went there at 3.15 straight after work no one was there so yea I thot after 40 mins I’ll be done come 5.30 I was still there still I didn’t mind I was like ok but I was also rushing coz I had to pick something up from somewhere couldnt even enjoy I meal which I ordered as the food was cold and the shop nearly closed as per them i would have been done in 40 mins but no 2hrs 15 mins later I come out getting a shock of $100 which I always paid $85 I’ve always got my nails done here for the past year I don’t think I’ll go again ps didn’t even let me choose the colour she started doing things her own way .! Ladies save ur time don’t goThere .

Has to be the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I went in and asked if the could do a shellac mani pedi or not. They looked very busy, but the girl was like yeah we can, just sit down, and turned the water on. I had my feet soaked for 50 minutes before they finally became free and I couldn’t even feel my feet at that point.One guy doing nails decided to just start on another customer and completely ignore me, the girl who said they could do the mani pedi kept just sitting around because she’s tired and doesn’t want to do much. Which will be fine IF she didn’t tell me she could do it.Finally when they did manage to do the pedi, the girl cut my toe nails so short that it’s now hurting. She also barely filed them meaning I had to re do it all over again once I got home as they kept catching on clothes!The guy was very vocal and proud of not maintaining a timeframe or appointment m. There were customers who came in with appointment and he kept boasting about how they may have to wait all night.I have never ever been to a place so unprofessional!Update: been to another place today to get the nails fixed. The moment the technician started using the tor nail cutter to push back the nail from digging into my skin I could feel half the pain leaving my body. And they knew how to use a nail filer. Shocking, how a nail salon has a tool important to their trade and actually uses it to shape the nail so I don’t go home with nails that would embed in my skin and as a result become infected!

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Me and my friend went there today and she said she will do our nails after 30 minutes after finishing their first customer we said okay we will back in 30 minutes . When we went after 30 minutes they were still on their first customer and they said they will do the next customer nails first and then for us which was ridiculous. Like we were waiting there for 30-40 minutes and how come they attend next customer not us.Even she was not even talking rude. Will Never go there again. Most unprofessional and poor quality service.

Absolute worst place you could ever go to get your nails done. You show them a photo of what you want done and they say they can do it but it looks nothing like the photo when you’re finished. Staff are rude and have no consideration for what a paying customer wants it’s just whatever they’re capable of. If you can’t do a design say you can’t do it, don’t scam people into thinking you’re able to do it and then having the final product look nothing like the photo. You pay for a service and you expect something you’re happy with not something that’s the complete opposite. Stop scamming people and charging more for services when there are set prices advertised on your website and in your brochure in store. I would warn everyone to stay away from this place. Save your time and money and take it to a place that actually cares about their customers.

Do not go here!Worst and very unprofessional staff I have ever seen, I got shellac which was done in a such a poor way lady was so rude and done my nails in rush.Never ever think about waxing to be done from these ladies.Don’t please waste your time to go there.The service was rubbish prices through the roof and very cheap staff.

I went to VJ nails for the first time on Saturday. The staff was very friendly and greeted me well. I was served by Jasmine who was an absolute delight! She really took the time to make sure i was happy with the way she did my nails. Unlike other places she didn't rush in, made sure i was comfortable and had conversation. I was very happy with Jasmine's work and will only be going here in future. Price wise as well they are reasonable. Thank you guys looking forward to seeing you again :)

I went to this place and the lady is been clearly with zero motivation to work,poor me, she did my nails on rush and then told me that I had difficultNail and make me feel so uncomfortable even told me that my hands were tense and that's why she took 45 minutes to do it, let me tell you girl , I have done nails as a professional for 14 years,and you are not even close to decent service, I really recommend you TO LEARN how to do it and then learn manners with customers which you clearly don't have.So far the worst experience ever, people do not go there, there are so many excellent real Nail technician's out there do not waste your time and money in this place! Stay away people!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I got acrylic and shellac with supposed “Mani and pedi” I had my sister with me who had SNS done I got charged $160. I cannot believe this business is still running although I must admit, I should’ve checked reviews before going in there as it was dead inside and the staff are so rude, and the lady there did my nails as if I was forcing her to do them. Never ever would I suggest is placed anyone as you do waste of money and time. The service was rubbish prices through the roof and very unprofessional.
