Jack and Jenny were so helpful and professional in painting the interior of my unit. They were very responsive from my first enquiry and were accommodating of my timing needs, and easy to communicate with. Super clean, efficient and a very professional job - walls and ceilings look great! They also kindly touched up a couple of nail holes as part of the prep before they painted. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.Jack and Jenny both came out to provide initial quote of my mum's property (some providers don't do that) to provide an accurate quote on costings. My mum's place needed a lot of TLC and their craftsmanship turned the place right around!They even went above and beyond to provide support/advise on my mother's property that needed a lot of work, to which I am very grateful for.They were transparent, timely and efficient, and great to deal with.If you are looking for someone to complete a paint job, look no further! Jack and Jenny are an A team! I was recommended to them by a friend and I am so thankful we got them to do our new home. They literally painted all the floors (white!), walls and ceiling in four days! They kindly sorted out some of the rugged floor boards as well! So so helpful and knowledgeable! I was most impressed and such a wonderful surprise when they had also gone the extra mile and painted the inside of the wardrobe which was so shabby. Now it looks like a new wardrobe. Thank you for this. Their productivity was incredible - they brought in extra hands when needed - I had a deadline for the carpets going in and we had plenty of time up our sleeve. They were our best quote and we highly recommend them to others who want outstanding painters. Thanks Jack and Jenny for making our new home so smart and fresh.

Extremely unreliable. Booked them after viewing our property (double storey external wall), they said yes, accepted the job, gave a quote (they requested cash) kept changing times around, asked me to get them a ladder (don’t painters have their own?) and after a lot of us changing our own times around to ensure they could start work, they cancelled the job right at the moment they were due to start because he wasn’t confident going up a ladder saying he had fallen off one already that week. FFS. Now I have a very big problem. I am more than angry. I do not recommend, and would have given a zero had I been able.Edit: I didn’t want to have to respond again. The response below comprises defensive lies and should alert all prospective customers to the real nature of these people. I was never rude, not once. They did NOT ask me to organise scaffolding. They changed their dates around constantly. They asked me to arrange council parking permits even though they were told it was not required. Twice. They bungled communications like this a few times. Got my name wrong, etc. They came to the house, assessed the job and were apprised of the total situation, and accepted the work and provided a quote. I had to ask for a fuller quote as they omitted to detail the cost of fillers and paint. Oh yes. A painter who can’t arrange their own equipment? Should tell anyone reading this about how professional they are.Make your own mind up. My review is truthful and clear.I advise all readers to consider any further response by them as hubristic.They arrived at the job on the day of commencement, and cancelled by text.Cowardly.

Jack and Jenny have been assisting me by painting interiors and exteriors in my 100 year old house in Katoomba. They are both a pleasure to work with. They have helped turn my 4 bedroom house into beautiful and live-able space.
