Bad experienced. All 3 chips were uneatable due to the amount of salt. Also found a plastic strip from packaging in the chicken burger. Yuck!Just Take a little bit more care in preparation guys.

The service here was slow, given it was night time, understandable with limited staff etc however the food was cold, dry and not edible. No kidding, my dog would not eat the nuggets or the chips. I have made a complaint to the store to which no reply given. I will not be returning, unfortunately this is not the only local store with the same problems occurring.

One of the cleanest and friendliest take out shops I've been to. Staff are super lovely, restaurant is very clean and the food is cooked fresh. Kudos to the team here!

Don't bother. Under new management but cant make decisions to rectify problems. Look up the other reviews. It's all the same. Soggy chips, cold burger, missing items.

Never purchasing there again! The delivery ordered directly through Red Rooster never arrived.The absolute worst customer service by the incompetent manager Tiffany".This manger was absolutely useless

After ordering online, waited over 40mins to get my order from the counter same as about a dozen other customers. Definitely not the fault of staff - the young team was excellent under extreme pressure - there just needed to be more of them. RR also need a policy for dealing with these bloody food delivery companies. They need something dedicated to cope with them otherwise they might as well just shut their restaurants and dispatch orders from a central warehouse.

I love Red Rooster (Big Rooster)but this store cannot compete with the other stores in and around Brisbane Deception Bay and Bribie they cannot provide juicy succulent chicken and then they add insult by either cooking or pouring heaps of salt into the food it’s a huge disappointment to such an amazing iconic brand. Now I have to drive elsewhere. Get ur staff to try it not happy!!

Ordered a chicken and gravy roll. It came in a box, smothered in gravy. Strange way to present a chicken roll, but still tasty. And I will say, the new people have more than halved the salt on the chips, which is great! Thanks.
