Groomer Haz It, Ringwood

If I could give this 6 stars I would!! Camilla and Sarah are amazing. My little pup is very nervous and they made him feel so comfortable. His groom looks awesome! Thanks team

Took my dog for a double coat groom. Got him home to be covered in hair when we cuddled him. Hair still flying everywhere. Next day brushed him and 1/3 woolworths plastic bag full of hair came off. Complained to Groomer Haz It. They told me its normal for dog to shed after a groom, i responded why would i pay $85 to have to regroom the dog the next day. A little hair is always normal, enough to fill part of a bag after the groom is not. Asked a few other lab owners, looks like they barely brushed him if at all.Groomer Haz It just said bad luck and go to another groomer. $85 paid for nothing. So disappointing.

These girls are awesome! I took my very woolly, matted little Gizzy to them and she came home looking great! They obviously love their furry clients because Gizzy is usually very anxious but she was happy and playful on pick up. We'll definately be going back. And at a very reasonable price!

Usually good but recently did a cut of our two dogs and completely cut one of our dogs tail hair off. This has taken > 5 years to grow and now Looks like a pigs curly tail noodle. TERRIBLE. will take years to grow back. Apparently hair was matted so bad they couldn’t cut. LIES. I brushed the tail a couple days before and was manageable if they bothered to spend a little time on it which is what they get PAID FOR. Did not even do the courtesy of calling FIRST before totally BUTCHERING his tail to get approval. Clearly they took the easy option and shaved it off. Spoke with manager who was arrogant and rude AND disrespectful both to me and my mother. UNPROFESSIONAL - taking my business, three dogs every three months, ELSEWHERE. STAY CLEAR!!!!!

I took my cat for a groom there as she had been there before to the old groomer who always did an excellent job. I went to pick her up only with a belly shave and wash still super fluffy and with knots all over her fur. Payed a lot of money for not much to be done. My poor girl is older and is throwing up fur still as she has trouble shedding in summer. I notified groomer haz it and they offered no solution or to fix this. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

They no longer cut pets nails as they say it’s due to COVID but they are doing all the expensive services and busy.Picking and choosing it looks to me and a lot of other locals agree and are avoiding.Will not be returning or supporting this business for anything in the future .Use blue wheeler or tidy tails in the areaThey will do all jobs small and large.
