Good afternoon!Just dropping a line to say how happy I was with my first delivery this week. Everything was fantastic. I had heard about Munch Crunch in the area a few times over the last few years and had intended to order and kept forgetting, in the end I had a client mention she ordered from you which reminded me to do it myself...I'm so glad I did, so much so I've already encouraged others too as well!Thank you so much :)Jacqui

Great to have come across Munch Crunch Organic! Love that the produce is so fresh and there is very little/no packaging going into landfill. I like having peace of mind that what i am eating is certified organic. Good to be supporting such an ethical business.

The produce I've been getting from Munch Crunch is soooo much fresher and higher quality than the organic fruits and veg I get from the local shops. It's also handy that we can track our deliveries real time. Definitely recommend you try them out!

Awesome fresh fruit and veges, with great delivery to Brisbane and service is fantastic. Website is also very easy to use and makes ordering easy as. Highly recommend trying out Munch Crunch Organics. I'll return again for sure.

I absolutely love Munch Crunch Organics. Fresh food at reasonable prices delivered straight to my door each week. its like eating veggies from my own backyard. And not only do they deliver wholesome organic fruits and veggies, you can also add staples like eggs, milk, butter, grains, oils and more to your weekly order. a special added touch are the weekly recipes on the back of the order receipt. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

I love that there are companies like Munch Crunch delivering fresh farm organic produce - the concept is great! And I'd like to keep supporting that, but Munch Crunch Organics wasn't for me.I've been trying different boxes from various suppliers to see which ones suit us best. Have been quite disappointed with their customer service. There is only one delivery option which costs $12.50 flat rate for Brisbane. You don't get these fees and delivery date information until you create an account to order a box, the faq page of their website and email provides different delivery days which was quite frustrating. I emailed them and have heard nothing back.Just ordering my first box was difficult. Plus they make you order these boxes as a subscription, I had to make sure I cancel my weekly subscription before my first box arrived. The vegetables and fruits that came were excellent, more variety of vegetables and fruits would have been great. I don't think I will order from them again.

Ordering my fruit and veg from Munch Crunch Organics is one of the best decisions I've ever made. These people obviously care about our planet, our farmers and their customers. Add to that you get an amazing variety of organic fruit & veg delivered to your door. It's good for your health and your conscience at a reasonable price, and the customer service is fantastic.

My husband and I received our first Munch Crunch Order for the first time just over a week ago, from someone that regularly shops at the Organic Markets I understand the quality of an Organic item - I understand the shelf Life is not as long as things brought from the supermarket however the produce received from Munch Crunch lasted maximum 2 - 3 times INCLUDING the carrots - any green items went bad within 24 hours - the box was supposed to last us 2 weeks - I was unaware that I had to cancel my subscription to stop future orders and didn't get in until just after the cut off for this fortnights delivery (last week I did this literally just after they took payment) I only just got a message back today being told they are retaining the funds and I will be receiving the box ordered. I WOULD NOT recommend this company. There service is bad and the produce is poor quality.
